Terms of service.

1. Acceptance

By buying a ticket to an event listed on EIFCAF Tickets, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase tickets.

2. Tickets

Every ticket is unique and tied to a single attendee. The QR code we email you is your entry — keep it private. Forwarding or sharing the QR with someone else means the first person to be scanned at the gate gets in; everyone else is denied.

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or where the event is cancelled by the organisers. See sections 5 and 6 for cancellations and refunds.

3. Identification

Festival staff may request a government-issued ID at the gate to verify the ticket holder's name. If your name doesn't match, entry may be refused.

4. Conduct at the venue

Attendees agree to comply with venue rules, security checks, and reasonable instructions from staff. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a way that endangers others or disrupts the event.

5. Event changes

The organisers may change the schedule, lineup, or venue. If a material change happens, we'll notify ticket holders by email at the address on the order.

6. Cancellation

If the event is cancelled entirely by the organisers, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Booking fees and processing charges may not be refundable.

7. Promotional codes & sponsorships

Promotional codes (including sponsored ticket codes) are subject to their own terms — usage caps, eligibility, and validity windows. Codes are issued at the organisers' discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.

8. Photography & recording

By attending, you grant the organisers and partners the right to capture and use photography and audio/video footage of the event for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please notify staff at the gate.

9. Liability

Attendees enter at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property except where caused by gross negligence.

10. Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack and are subject to their terms. EIFCAF Tickets does not store your card or M-Pesa credentials.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect on the date of your ticket purchase governs that purchase.
